Overall Experience

Carers from Briars Homecare come in to see my MIL (93 years) 3 times a day. All the carers are lovely and very professional and make her feel at ease.
They supervise her medication and personal care and always encourage her to eat (she”s a fussy eater with little appetite, so that is really importantfor us). They always have a chat with her about daily life too which is really nice.
We were very worried about having carers as MIL isn’t easy with strangers, but nothing is too much trouble and the service they provide has taken all the worry away.
The manager and all the staff in the office are also lovely, very knowledgeable and super helpful.
